Positive Signal from Roche on Herceptin

It has already reported that the combination between Herceptin and Chemotherapy can help patients with early-stage of breast cancer. Apparently, Roche give a positive signal on Herceptin by donating £1.5 million to the British government to help screen women for breast cancer.

Mike Richards, Britain's national cancer director, said the money from Roche would be used to help test "every eligible breast cancer patient" in Britain "as quickly and accurately as possible." Richards said he was "working closely with experts in the field and with Roche to make this a reality."
